What is included in a monthly rental?
Every monthly rental includes the scooter, a helmet, a lock and a phone mount.
How fast do the scooters go?
All Maxi scooters are speed-limited to 20 mph, in line with New York City rules.
What do I need at pick-up?
Riders must be 18+ and show a valid ID when collecting the scooter.
Where do I pick up my scooter?
At The Maxi Ride, 156 West 15th Street, New York, NY 10011. We're open daily 10am–6pm. Delivery can be arranged; choose it at booking and we'll contact you.
What happens after 30 days?
We'll reach out before your month ends so you can renew for another month or return the scooter.
